Can't buy items from c-store

After I linked my Cryptic Account with PWE Account, I can't spend C-Points on C-Store (web) anymore.
I used to be able to buy items and spend c-points both in-game and on web.
But after linking with PWE, when I try to buy from c-store (web) I get zero-balance.
Going to C-Store on the Web, I see I have 2274 c-points left (displaid on the left side, below my character's name).
However, when I click on an item, it says I have zero points left on the item detail window and can't buy anything.
Are there any way to fix this on my end, or are they still in process of migrating systems (and thus only way to buy is in-game?)
