Bugs with my account

Hello Cryptic,

I requested GM help twice at the end of last year and start of this year but on the 2nd one, they advised me to raise a bug report, I have reported these two on bug reports via 6/7 bug reports which I have been experiencing for 6 months but the issue is still there...
  • I am unable to complete the Deep space Encounter accolades in the Beta Ursae and Alpha Tranguli sector sections (these are the last 2 I have that are outstanding and have been since 2011*)
  • Secondly over the past 3/4 months, I am unable to finish my last remaining doff chain - Ghosts of The Jem'Hadar - I am up to the 2nd from last mission in the chain but the mission is definately not generating in order for me to complete it.

PLEASE can these be looked at? I was going to call Cryptic directly but I cant seem to find a UK contact number? Alternatively I am happy to phone you directly if you could email me a phone number (I also don't mind waiting in any queue's if needed?). If someone could take 5 minutes to take a quick look at my account then I would be forever grateful

    Any news on this yet please cryptic?

    Or anyway for me to call you and wait for someone to take a look or email you directly or even offer you some assistance in exchange the issue's being resolved?

    I dont mind what I have to do as long as I feel I'm not waiting for nothing (like I feel is what I'm doing at the moment)....

    Im still having the same issue - I raised a request for support and they said the issue was resolved, then I tried to do the DSE's and search for the doff mission but its not been resolved. It doesnt seem like anything was done at all so I'm shocked that it could be classed as resolved....?

    They apologised and said that they have been passing messages to the GM team but that they're not responsible for solving the game problems, then they told me to make more bug reports. I've waited to see if their messages had more luck than my prev bug reports, requests and forum posts but the issue still persists.... so after a long wait, here I am again, back on the forums.

    The other thing I contacted them for was an @name correction. My in game is @droc-loinia but it should be @droc-lionia - like my forum title :). They responded that they cant change the names so I reminded them that 'THEY' actually entered the name from the start! I made a typo on the name request change previously and just wanted two letters swapped - as you can see.

    Please dont get me wrong, other than these very persistant issues, Im a happy, loyal and paying customer. Once these are rectified then i'll carry on as the happy chappy I usually am. I'm not trying to moan, I'm just trying to get these probs back to the way they should be - so I can enjoy the game as I always have done.
