    I've tried to use Stylish to reduce the space on the sides of the forum, but without any luck.
    I just took a stab at this. I think I've figured out how to increase the width of the actual content of the forum, but to make it not look completely ugly would require making my own version one of the image assets for the forums. Since that's kinda not covered by the ToS, I'm not gonna jump into that without hearing from someone official.
    Could I do it if I got approval to make a wide-screen version of the custom style? 90% sure that I could.

    You're welcome :)

    New version!
    I traced the issue with the lists in posts to CSS as well, so I wrote up a fix and added it in. While its not much help for new posts (since basically nobody makes lists right now), it does help when you're going back and reading old patch notes (for example).

    HOW TO UPDATE
    Chrome, Firefox, Safari: Click the Stylish button, click "Delete" under the style. Reinstall using a link from the opening post.

    Opera or Internet Explorer: Repeat the steps in the opening post.

    Oh boy, just checked the CSS in detail ... so much redundancy :/

    There is no need to create new graphics, it just means tossing around a lot of boxes, so it doesn't look too shabby.

    True, I could just remove that background image all together. If you use the solid black background it wouldn't look too bad, but if you used the version that retains the background I imagine it might look a little odd. I'll tinker with it tomorrow and see what I can work up :)

    Ya, too bad they made:
    http://images-cdn.perfectworld.com/en/sto/redesign2012/forum/bg-body-content.png

    Fixed width :/
    Funny to note, you can create borders looking nearly the same via CSS (no graphic at all), only leaving:
    http://images-cdn.perfectworld.com/en/sto/redesign2012/forum/bg-header-content.png

    and respective footer to be non-fitting.
    I would just drop them for the sake of time investment required to work around them.
    Which would leave the nice Galaxy Class Background still intact.

    Which leaves masses of Boxes to rebuild, new float, new margins etc:
    I started with .PW-postbit-content and currently "recreate" everything around it.
    Not good looking, but it helps for those of us with HD ;)

    Will see what finally comes out tomorrow, first need to do some other work ...

    Still funny to see, someone did a full CSS, then someone (else?) copied it to a different file, tweaked a bit, and "fixed" it with !important" ...

    i am not happy i spent 220cpoints on the reinforcement pack and all i got out of it was common duty officers and NONE of the aditional random items it said would come with it.

    im also not likeing the idea that when you buy a pack like a duty officer bundle the addtional items and the "chance to win such and such item" is in effect a lock box you are paying for in principle and almost a gamble if you get anything of worth

    isnt that in a way online gambling? and im sure thats ileagal in some countries!

    nonetheless i feel a tad cheated with what i got out of the reinforcement pack especially since the gamma quadrant pack provides a better set of useful DOFFS and now is priced cheaper.

    Thanks, that's a small, but welcome change.

    Would it be possible to also change the color of the text filed in which we type messages from white to gray?

    See post #40 - I minimized the Zen advert. You can't see it.

    If you want to ad this you edit and add this line;
    .ads {
    width: 1px  !important;
    height: 1px !important;
    }

    Enjoy!
