I don't know if this has been done before... so here goes:
STO is making more use of voice overs in the episodes. So if your most played Captain was given a voice over, which actor would you want to voice them?
"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them." -Thomas Marrone
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though. JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

'...I can tell you that we're not in the military and that we intend no harm to the whales.' Kirk: The Voyage Home
'Starfleet is not a military organisation. Its purpose is exploration.' Picard: Peak Performance
'This is clearly a military operation. Is that what we are now? Because I thought we were explorers!' Scotty: Into Darkness
'...The Federation. Starfleet. We're not a military agency.' Scotty: Beyond
'I'm not a soldier anymore. I'm an engineer.' Miles O'Brien: Empok Nor
'...Starfleet could use you... It's a peacekeeping and humanitarian armada...' Admiral Pike: Star Trek
My most played captain is of course Sollvax (Vulcan Science Officer) I imagine his voice as close to that of Antony Stewart head (was in buffy but is actually a well known serious actor)
My Second most played captain however is Kailoth (Klingon) and his voice should be done by Mr T
Catherine Zeta Jones for my Female TAC captain.
Kelsey Grammer for my male Caitian SCI captain.
"With the first link, the chain is forged. The first speech censored, the first thought forbidden, the first freedom denied, chains us all irrevocably." Jean-Luc Picard
The Toon I have made look like me, I would do the voice for.
My Tac Captain ... Russel Crowe.
My Ferengi Merchant ... Mark Hamill (doing some crazy variation on his Joker voice that sounds more Ferengi ... if that makes any sense)
Kelsey Grammar for my 2 Joined Trills (Mirror Universe counter parts)
Val Kilmer for my name sake charater
For all of my Fed tunes, Opie from Family Guy (Seth may have actually done the voice, but all Feds sound like Opie to me)

James Earl Jones is the voice that scared the lights out of me as a kid. Although as a STO Captain? Its all good until the Boffs' phaser strike misses. 400 others just weighting to take their place. Salma Hayek, Cheech Tobi Keith, Howerd Sturn, Sean Connery, The Govonator, Rosalind Allen, Way too many too choose from. Sound is my world. voices are the pictures I treasure.
Wish I could think of something wise and cool, and all That!
Awesome choices Mkilczewski! I'm big fan of both those amazing troubadours, after all.
If I had to choose just one actor, then it would have to be Timothy Dalton. He's always been, perhaps controversially, my favorite actor as James Bond. And it doesn't hurt that his voice has always been as authorative and eloquently rich as that of his fellow Englishman, Sir Patrick Stewart (with whom Dalton once worked, in 'Doctor and the Devils').
Now, if I ever throw together an African-American Starfleet character, he would have to be voiced by Lance Reddick (of 'Fringe' Agent Broyles fame). That man has an extraordinary voice and screen presence! He recently voiced a bit on the new Tron cartoon and I picked his voice up right away. Hell, given that he's been a part of JJ Abram's crew for ages, I would love to someday see him as a Starfleet Admiral in the JJ-verse.

I'd have Mary Elizabeth McGlynn voice my female characters.
Not sure about the guys. It's tempting to go for Sir Patrick Stewart, but I'm not sure if sounding quite that proper would suit my Tactical Kitty. He'd be good for my Bajoran Science Officer, though.

I'm just trying to imagine a captain with a Stewie Griffin voice giving orders on the bridge though... It would be hilarious!
