Losing C-points after Account linking to PW

I lost all my C-points related in my account page of STO, after linking my account of STO with the one of PW.

And now, what I do to recover my c-points and correct this big problem with accouint linking?

Have you logged into the game and checked your C-Store window? They should still be there.

mine is gone from ingame too. I had the great amount of 1 C-points

so I dont really care, but considering that I have worked for that 1 CP ingame, and did not buy it, makes it annoying. it is 330 dilithium! I bought it at 220. so I demand compensation!

To tell the truth, I really tired of this. Really thired. Deeply tired

Because this dirty work to link the STO accounts to PW account system to access this stupid new forum, look...

1 - I can't transfer any char to any test server
2 - I can't have any C-points in my account from the website
3- I have no characters on the website.
4 - My whole account history on STO website and forum are destroyed.
5 - I can't have any DECENT suport from the Perfect World.
6 - I can't see any sincere and useful word from the Crypt Staff.

Because the whole stress, this game really become stupid. The whole season 6 lost all interest because the lack of respect to the playerbase. The Perfect World "assimilated" turning all STO community in a borgs, killing all individualism.

The lifetime and gold accounts lost the forum rights and all things related.

Really tired of trying to contact technical support and have no decent answer or anything userful to use.

This lack of respect was already present in the development of the STO, but now after PW placing your linking account system, this become strong, extreme and radical worse.

I'll stop playing for awhile. Perhaps the session 6 attracted me, but I will not feel comfortable buying anything else in the game for now.

I lost my C-points, I can't have any support to correct the linking account problems, I can't have any reason to rely on technical support. I Can't change the problems with the PW account. I can't change the problems with the STO Account.

If the staff has no demonstration that will improve the game for players, so there is no game worth playing

When I logged into the revamped website, my account listed that I had C-points.

But after creating a PerfectWorld account and linking it to my Cryptic account, on the website, my account lists ZERO Zen :eek:

And the website won't let me access my old Cryptic account, so I cannot see, through the website, if I have any C-points anymore

I can't get ingame for a while. I can only hope that, ingame, I still have my C-points. If I cannot look them up anymore through the website, I can tolerate that. But not knowing right now is maddening! :mad:

Try going to the C-Store page (Above, under Store and then Cryptic Store). PWE's site says I have no Zen, but the C-Store shows I have the correct amount of CP.

Hey, you are absolutely right. I see the correct non-zero amount of C-POINTS (not Zen).

It's a round-about way to look at my account C-points, instead of directly on my account page. But thanks!

For some reason, I can't use the c-store to purchase anything. I have 439 c-points, yet I'm not able to purchase ANYTHING from the website, as it lists me as having 0 c-points when I go to try and buy something.

Funny thing is for a while I have no Csp either, then when for a late fothers day present My Son decided to get me a lifetime membership, with out asking me! PWE took the money for the LTM, gave me back the correct number of Csp, but will not let me either perchase more, and did not give me the 400points I am suposed to get for being a LTM,

After many days, I get my old c-points back, but I have yet many account problems.

1 - I can't copy toons to any test server.

2 - I can't buy any C-point by card or zen. Only by steam wallet.

3 - I have two friends with money to buy the lifetime subscription, but after making the correct account linking, no one can get the subscription. For a unknow reason, PW and Crypt have fear to get our money... :rolleyes:

Log in, and click on My Account at the top.

Under profile, select Character Transfer. Worked for me. Literally moments ago.

I noticed that buying zen in GENERAL puts it in your "wallet". Once there you can transfer it to a particular game. Once I transferred it to STO, it shows I have no zen. What it seems to mean is that I have no zen in my WALLET, whereas I do have zen (CPoints) inside STO.

No, I would not have designed it that way, but oh well...

First, these are short responses. This is for brevity only, not intending to be mean or dismissive. I just don't want to make a block o' text.

Second, I think the forums look fine. Just an opinion. Though I DO wish we could customize avatars

I miss my IDIC-pride emblem.

1. I addressed in a post above.
2. Yeah, it's wonky, but you can buy them and add them to STO. Who cares if they appear on the Wallet as long as you can access them in the cstore?
3. What do you mean here?
4. Sad, but I really don't see what benefit it was in general. The web teams probably have better things to do than transport outdated and ultimately irrelevant data.
5. TOTALLY LEGIT COMPLAINT!! Though i did have a billing issue before the link, and I got PWE support quickly, I know several people with problems that are still unaddressed.
6. Most of them are likely busy with the S6 prep anyway. But I think I read that there was some issue with them posting too (grain of salt: half-remembered here-say)
7. The title is still there. (I have it, go to Edit my Avatar, and there is a check box). As for other privs, I don't know if they are working or not, but really, what difference does it make other than the nifty title?
