Mine was always all lowercase. I wanted it properly capitalized, but when I first created my Cryptic account, it set my handle to the same thing as my username.
I then submitted a ticket to get it changed, but when they changed it, they used all lower case even though my request had all my name choices with the first letter capitalized. I didn't think it was worth trying to submit a ticket to billing just to get that one change made...
Not that it matters, but this latest blunder has made me delete my CC info.
I see no reason to buy anything from these people. I will just collect my 400 Cryptic Points or Zen or what ever they are calling it now per month and call it good.
And the Klingon formerly known as Roach wins the best new name award. :biggrin:

Never having been in love with my old Atari/Cryptic handle, I'm one of the few users who actually welcomed the idea of starting a new one when the old one got rejected (for having a hyphen in it).

my problem is i created a pwe account to use tech support when i got TRIBBLE a couple of months ago. I did not want my accounts to merge. so im stuck now as CaptRayvenwing instead of rayvenwing... it stinks...
