collecting dilithium issue

I am not receiving any of the dilithium I have collected for doing PvE or any other missions. I am not familiar if free users are able to get dilithium but If so could anybody help take steps to fix this problem.

    Have you been 'refining' the Dilithium you receive? For 'Gold' Accounts this is automatic, but for 'Silver' accounts this has to be done manually on a daily basis...

    Can you explain how you are checking to see if you have received dilthium ore?

    Call up your personal inventory window, then click on the 'Assets' tab along the top...

    There's a button that says refine.... You can refine up to 8,000 dilithium a day..
