Unable to use Foundry

While I realize there is a post regarding this same issue, it is very old and had no solutions posted. As it stands when I go over to the "Create Content" tab the "Create Character" button is greyed out and has been that way since Foundry launch. I've read mentions of agreeing to a Foundry EULA but have never seen such myself, it may just be as simple as I haven't signed up for Foundry use or whatever, I am also a Lifetime Subscriber in case that is relevant. Any advice is welcomed, thank you in advance.

    What shard are you doing this on?

    The Foundry is only enabled on Tribble, not on Holodeck.
    If you want to be part of the Foundry open beta test, you need to sign up for the Tribble Test Shard and do your testing there.

    Which is a moot point at the moment, because Tribble is currently down for maintenance.

    Yet, another. Crypric please tell players where to go. Log in and pretend that you're a returning player. Where to go? What to do? It shouldn't be a mystery.

    I was trying it on the standard login server...so uh...how do I sign up for Tribble? T_T

    Go here: http://www.startrekonline.com/

    Along the top, hover over Support. In the drop down menu click on the option that says Public Test.

    The instructions on that page should walk you through the process of signing up. If you have any trouble, submit a ticket to get help from one of the people in customer service. :)
