Whats up with publishing? been trying for an hour

Yep, been now trying to republish my mission for an hour now, tried 5 times now and each time it takes 2 mins to get to 50% then it stops. i left it 10 mins each time and no change. in fact, once it caused my client to crash :mad:

    Finally.

    Eight hours later and i now able to republish, though publishing seemes really slow till it gets to over 65%, So it still took best part of 10 min's to republish. But hey atleast it's published now. :D

    They've been doing maintenance to Tribble. That will effect your ability to publish. That being said, I was able to republish my mission twice last night with little issue. So I'm not sure what caused your hang up.

    Well am based in the UK, but i cant see that being the reason, and my internet connection and connection to the game server is fine. So who knows what caused.

    Once again Server is currently under maintenance. Tribble is still a test server, but don't try doing things when maintenance is expected. I have never taken more than 5 min to Publish. Try again in about 3hours.

    Oh and if it's still bad, perhaps we should talk about the size of your mission. How many maps, npcs, map transition etc...

    Maps size not the problem, as it the same size when originally published (which took around 2 mins).

    Try again in three hours? At the time it happened to be 11pm when i was trying to repulished, i tried multiple times only for it to get stuck at 50% and sometimes crashed, yet others had no problem publishing, so its not an issue of server maintence, and you dont serious expect me to wait up 3 hours to publish it do you :p

    Yes i know Tribble is a test server i have been here since the very start, so am not a newbie that needs to be told what it is. Am exprienced enough and mature enough to understand what Tribble is for and what to expect from it as a test server.

    This thread was made 1 and a half day's ago to highlight the issue to Cryptic, since then the issue has been resolved (post 2), although it is still slow at publishing, but then i expect it to be slow at times since it's a test sever. So i dont really see how your post help's to be honest. :)
