New Romulan Ground NPCs are all numbered '01'

Already bugged this, but just thought it worth repeating.
The new Romulan NPC costumes have been added to the Foundry. Although they are correctly labelled, i.e. Romulan Captain Male, each of the different costumes in that group all have the number '01'. So you get a list of different NPCs all with the same identifier.
At least the portraits are there to guide us. And the first Male Romulan Captain on the list looks like a very interesting fellow indeed...

I should say, I bugged all the duplicates for all the Romulan and Reman costumes, not just the commanders.
