I recall that I once heard through the grapevine that the STO team had either a recording library of Mrs. Majel Barrett-Roddenberry's voice saying an array of words or a similar voice through software in order to say things.
Is it conceivable that in the ... times ahead that we may have this added to Foundry so that we can have computer narrated content (in places if applicable)...
i.e. recall that episode from voyager when the computer would give a narration to tom and then the Doctor about each chapter?
Especially useful if we want to avoid pop-up boxes and just have come computer interaction at times?

That file library has not been added to the Foundry. The rumor that you heard was wrong.
