    I saw a bird too and it crapped all over my car. Then, I siad something that was not nice.

    A 12 oz ribeye steak, baked potato, white corn buttered on the cob, hot yeast rolls, small bowl of ice cream (vanillia with choclate syrp and walnuts) ... Iall followed by one rich cigar and a sweet red dessert wine.

    I am pleased.

    Sounds quite tasty.....Those Bison are lean and packed with nutrition... I'd use them for a potato layered lasagna style dish ..less fat to baste though meas olive oil or butter is needed.
