I published "Sword of Peace," Project ID ST-TNGP93JKB, on Tribble earlier today, then tested it with two different characters. I let some friends know about it, then headed out for a while. By the time they had gone to try it, it was gone from the server, though it still acknowledges it was published when I check the project in the editor. Republishing it doesn't put it back up for review.
I don't know any reason it would have been rejected, nor have I received any kind of notification (other than its successful publishing). I have to assume its disappearance from the review server indicates a bug.

Are you sure it's gone?
Someone else posted a bug about search failure, but the mission shows up if you do a custom search by author, so that proves it's still there.
Either that or your friends could be too low level to play it - missions that are level banded will not show up for lower level characters.
I've noticed that sometimes searching for my OWN MISSIONS on Tribble don't always appear in the list but if I restart the game client, the reappear. It might be a minor bug to prevent you from rating your own missions! LOL

As the friend in question, I can confirm that at least part of last night's problems was character level. Tried accessing with an Lt 8, no luck. Today, tried the Lt 8 again, still no luck, but was able to get at it with a C1. Not sure what problem Borysthenis was having finding it though.
Not sure if the devs are going to put this in, but if someone searches for content that's not level appropriate a message of some sort indicating level incompatability rather than "map not found" would be beneficial.

If you can reproduce this reliably, I'd love to know the steps you use.
This is actually kind of strange.
I published, and I was able to find it fine by either sword or my handle, even as you say.
Three hours later, a friend couldn't find it by either method. I logged in, and I couldn't find it by either method... er... either.
I republished. No change, searching either by "sword" or my handle.
Today it's there.
I'm going to chalk this up to localized disruptions of the decyon field.
