Vulcan Ground Map Problem

The Vulcan ground map is not working correctly. Only a small section is showing and the rest is a blank space. the spawn point does now show up unless you manually reconfigure the location with the y and x controls.

if you then try and spawn on the black area you just fall through the map

I've also noticed this with Risa and Andoria. What it looks like is the map is centered on the top right corner so you only see the bottom left quadrant of the map.
