I was playing a map with Interior Science and the NPCs both BOs and enemies, not only shot through walls but often got stuck at the door. They would try to walk into the next room from the left or right of the door.

They get stuck at doors and objects in almost every map I've tried and tested. Especially maps with the generic ship interior, e.g. the S.S. Azura where they have doors that stick out with like arch columns. My bridge officers just get stuck on either side of the door. I think sometimes they even do a super-jump and end up standing on top of the doorway instead of walking through it.

Or they'll get stuck in odd places like inside walls.
Keep editing different things in your missions and then withdraw & republish them... my pathing is slowly but surely getting better, believe it or not...

I believe it. I noticed my guys seemed to be doing better not getting stuck and wondered if something had been stealth-fixed.
