    If I recall, the same room where you start the game, with the giant insignia on the floor. Same place where you guy BOs, Train them, etc. I could be wrong, I play on normal, but I thought I saw her in there against the wall.

    You are correct. It is in the arena room, same place as everything else related to personnel.
