Ignore the below, found a dev post saying they are working on it.
Ok so I made a mission based loosely on the Season 5 episode Cause and Effect where the enterprise is stuck in a time loop repeating the same day over and over, where crashing into another ship resets the sequence. Mine involves a repeating hour, and the reset is a warp core explosion, but the elements are similar. Please let me know if you find it a positive experince, I have a far more epic mission ready to publish but want to iron out creases by getting some mission feed back on....The Quixote Loop!
Just search Quixote in community authored missions.
Once you accept, the mission launch is at Earth Spacedock at the upper left large console in the center of the station.

PS I published 1.5 weeks ago but start point was obscure, that has been fixed, in case you tried previously and gave up in exasperation
