Being an uber andorian fangirl, I have been thinking about making a mission based on Andoria. I was wondering though, is it possible? Is there enough "Hoth" style scenery parts to use? Are there any andorian-esque buildings?

First thing I would do would make the setting just for exploration... at first. I know I for one have been wishing Andoria was more expansive than just the ushaan arena.

I havent found too many Andorian-esque buildings, however some of the alien/civilian ones can make good similes.

also while the tools are still not quite there, if you make a custom map using snowy landscapes, you could simulate other areas of Andoria, but yeah until we get the ability to build our own maps- your gonna have to do a lot of improvisation

Most of the federation military buildings work for the Andorians (and the sharp angles remind me of their ships and the shows).

As for snow maps, there are quite a few that work, you have the Andoria and Rura Penthe maps (both of which are so large that you can use your own private corners).

The general trend I've noticed is that the ground maps are kind of difficult to customize a whole lot, but the Ice Caves interior looks quite awesome. Throw some doors in there and you've got an andorian city. Once you're inside the buildings, it's up to you what the inside of an Andorian building should look like. Fortunately, there are many consoles that feature blue graphics.
