How do I get the ships I place to not show up as "Alien Cruisers"? I haven't been able to place a single custom ship.

    It was working before the last patch. Now they are all broken, so I would wait for them to fix it.

    Yes. It appears that custom costumes for ships no longer works.

    Yep, looks like everything just defaults to the default of whatever it's supposed to be. Win some (working animations), lose some (no costumes), it seems. :p

    FYI

    This bug still exists. I tried placing a number of NPC ships around a space station. All I got was alien cruisers.

    Well that's because there have been no updates or fixes since before Christmas. They only came back from vacation today. I am sure something will come out to fix it soon, as they know about it.
