Request: ENT and TOS era missions

I know how to use the Foundry and could do this myself, but I'd like to play a mission that was written by someone passionate about the time period just for fun. Seein as how we have ENT era ships(NX, Raptor, Rom BOP) and uniforms and TOS era ships(Connie and D7) and uniforms, I'd really love to see what people can come up with for ENT and TOS era missions :D

    The Ship's Cook in my mission had a beard. It was a nod to Enterprise. ;)

    I wonder what happened to the ships cook after the NX-01 was decommissioned?

    Love to see TOS Interiors, they looked great ingame, once they are in i'd make some i think.

    WE never met the actual cook. In Enterprise, the ship's cook was only seen at the end as Riker and he was merely investigating what Archer did in a sticky situation to appease his own conscience with a decision.
