Bug: BoP BOff use one costume for ALL BOff Contacts

I imagine it's because the Birds of Prey use Universal Bridge Officer slots that ALL Bridge Officer (Ship) Contact dialogs resort to using only one of your Bridge Officers, no matter which officers the Contact dialog calls. For instance, if you have a Contact dialog that calls up the Science Officer (Ship), in a Bird of Prey you might get the Tactical or Engineering officer instead.

There didn't seem to be an issue in the Vor
