Looking for good klingon guild

Im playin a klink and am havinga horrible time leveling. Im finding all the missions confusing and i tend to be a solo player but im finding that most missions are either too tough solo or are just a confusing mess of orders.

Im just trying to get to my d7/ktinga and was wondering if there were any good guilds out there that might want me and wouldnt mind helping me get to Cmdr level so i can get my d7.
