Plasma Leaks

Howdy Folks,

Is there any way or trick in the foundry to make a spaceship in space seems to leak plasma to indicate that it is disabled? Or a way to damage a ship until it disabled instead of destroyed?

    Used it on a box. I see no easy way to check it myself. It is just a item from the menu. Do a search for leak. If you want 9 or 10 of them in specific locations better have some time to kill. I have yet to find a fast way to place them. It is put on map check map adjust leak.

    I mean space map. Say a ship in distress is dead in space a cloud of plasma leak kinda surrounds the ship.

    There are a few FX costumes for disabled ships. Some of them have a few animations but nothing dramatic.

    I seem to remember that there is also an "emote" that allows a ship to leak plasma. But then you can't use the ship as a contact or clickable. :|

    You can set an NPC Group ship that's friendly to have the costume you want with an idle animation of "plasma leaking" I think it's called, though they're not truly disabled, and, if any enemy ships get too close, they'll stop leaking and fight them.
