Bug with Orion officer collar options

I was looking at costume elements on Tribble when I noticed a bug with combining Orion costume elements and standard KDF uniforms.
I then went to live to see if the bug existed there.
And it does.
This happened when I pressed Modify on the relevant BOFF:
Kelly's Collar Bug
Whenever I attempt to modify, the collar (Orion Thick) vanishes and I can't put it back.
The category is Uniform - Jacket Loose, the Upper is Klingon Leather.
This is annoying, because if I wish to amend the outfit in the future, I can't, because her collar will vanish and I'll never be able to put it back on this outfit.
I guess I was the only player to attempt combining fully covered Orions and their ornate accessories.
I then went to live to see if the bug existed there.
