Th forcas interior map has a drinking hall section to the east of where you beam in, but you can not place any items or contacts into the room. the rest of the map is fine but it wont let you place in that one area.
The two rooms in the NW corner where the (heavily bugged) battle with Tarsen took place, can't be accessed except by generating a copy of the map and placing a spawn point in there for a map transition. The doors in the hall originally had to be destroyed to enter but are not targetable in this map.
In the drinking hall, a batrtender npc can be placed behind the bar at north end of room and can be interacted with however, objects can't be placed on the bar. (ie. container; small; bottle or glass) The containers can actually be placed (in one small spot) and interacted with but they just aren't visible. This may be due to the object properties and not so much the map but, the space for placing npc and objects there is very small.
It appears that objects can be placed against the long walls behind the huge statue/columns at zero floor elevation but would not show up in preview or published maps. (I tried to place a dabo table there.)
As with the drinking hall, the fighting arena in the center NE corner has a raised platform resulting in npc groups that have fought or wandered, sometimes returning to idle animation (at zero elevation instead of platform level) half buried in the platform.
