Is it live, on tribble, yet?

i have the 'Create content' tab but cannot create a charicter there so cannot use the foundry, is this my problem or is it not live and the tab has just been added so that when it is live you dont have a massive patch first?

    It's still in Closed Beta. Dstahl said maybe next week, they'll open it for Open Beta on Tribble.

    thanks, but why are they teasing me with the login content creation option. which i can't click :(

    It seems the roll-out is a process. The reasons are likely all technical. To us they appear cryptic (no pun intended).

    As I understand it, the devs hope to turn on the open beta some time next week.
