Vendors in the Great Hall

Are there any vendors that sell Hypos and Shield charges in Qonos, I have searched and cant find any. I have been mailing them over from my Fed guys.

    Not in game at the moment, but I'm pretty sure the kit vendors in the SE corner of the map sell consumables.

    The female KDF in the south chamber who sells I II weapons does.

    Big room in the south does it...BTW she not only sells hypos, but other cool stuff as well...Check out the dude next to her as well because he sells the uper level stuff too (I think).
