Hey everyone, before I start. Im so very much in love with STO. The stores, the Devs and my Fleet Friends :D

But Im a little tired of waiting for the Iconians to do more then give me threatening messages so... would I be able to use the Iconians in the Foundry and make my own stories based on them?

    im going to have one pop up in one of my missions... thought all it will do is give you the threatening "hello" before the undine kill it
