T5 Vor'Cha , what skill does it use?

What T5 ship skill does this use? Some people are saying its the Negh'Var skill others are saying that it doesnt have one, ive tried asking devs on TTS but they seem either unwilling or unable to answer....when the new fed ships were releaseed it was made clear what skill they used so how about making it clear what skill we need.
We really need an official response to this as ive seen it asked many times when ive been on Qo'noS and it seems to be causing a lot of confusion with people unwilling to use a respec incase it ends up being wasted.

    Negh'Var is the skill.
    I tested on tribble, hull 46801 fully speced, 43106 without any t5 ship skill.

    That being said, I do wonder if we'll get new skills for the four upcoming Refits. It worked that way for Starfleet, after all.

    They are going to have to do sonething for the new ships, unless it's just the nearest existing ship

    dstahl said all the new ships except the vorcha would have a special ability.

    i am saddened by this poor excuse of a refit

    it has no pizzaz

    it has 6k less hull then a specced excelsior

    it doesnt have a ltcommander tac boff like it should

    it doesnt have a massive disruptor lance like it should (why do you think the nose looks like a huge tazor?)

    That is a bummer. On the other hand, it turns very well, enough to make cannons useful.

    I hope they keep at a minimum. It's ridicilous with the Starfleet ships. I hope some day they will find a time to consolidate all these skills (maybe when they finally separate ground and space skills, if that ever happens.)

    Did you expect anything different? They will most likely nerf it later since the fed's will complain it cannot be dropped in a single volley.

    Well it really is not in their interest to remove those skills now is it. Whenever you get a new ship you need a new spec because your shield, hull and turn are all affected. Not that I want to be a full-time nay-sayer, but the micro transactions for both ship and respec are all extras that move us in the direction of a micro-payment model.

    Oooooooooooooo.... I am soooo very cynical.

    You and me both brother....you and me both...I continue to seethe from the lack of information our way, lack of a dev post, lack of letting us know what they are working on, ad the lack of a good ship even thought they 'attempted' to make another cruiser for KDF pilots....I mean really.....very...cynical.

    i Know what you mean i mailed and asked many times on here about the fact that i am thinking of paying out for a lifetime and what happens if it goes 3 to play within 2 years, all to no avail. Oh what a surprise!!.
    The more i here of Sto going free to play the more my heart sinks, oh and i want my phaser lance on my Warship. If your going to give the feds a way to detect us(nebula) then give us a lance weapon like them. After all in war if one side comes up with a solution then the other side quickly adapts.
