Where do you turn in Marks of Honor

I have been all over and before spending more time. Where do you turn in marks of honor for gear?

    I might be remembering wrong, but have you tried the big console in the requisitioning chamber on Qo'noS, where all the equipment vendors are located? Directly on your right when you enter the room.

    And for marks of valor, you can turn those in at BGO right? (Battle Group Omega=BGO). I so rarely have done any STF's on my KDF toon that I have forgotten actually where to turn them in....sad aint it?
