Klingons are all about PvP right. Why is ESD filled with several Guards and stuff. Well i think Klingons should be able to set up raids on federation starbases, and teh ability to enter all space and be attacked by federation vessles when in federation space, this works teh other way as well, feds can enter kingon space and be attacked by klingons, When Teh enimy fraction is attacking the other 1 Only players that attack teh raiding Enimy can be attacked so Low level players dont have to worry about being killing in spacedock. Implementing this will give Klingons and feds something to do, even have missions like a klingon player has to kill a certain NPC on teh enimys base like for instance kill Admiral Quinn or something liek that U should also give certain NPCs Realy high HP and shields and damage to make them realy realy hard to kill liek Quinn having 4 guards with 10k HP each and quinn having 50k hp and them doing like 200dps together, this will ensure Klingon players need to have groups to raid Starbases and federation players can get missions to raid Quonos and kill certain people, People and guards walking around starbases should be level 47-54 and key targets should be levels 51-67, also allow groups to merge so u can have say 10 people in 1 group being 2 subgroups but still reciveing credit for teh kill.

Klingons are all about PvP right..

not really, thats like saying feds are all about exploring and not let them attack anything unless they are attacked 1st.

We aren't a PVP race this was Cryptic’s attempt to save face and it backfired. They never even bothered to deliver on the UNIQUE PVP experience, unless you call giving Feds War games and forcing Klingon players to endure longer PVP ques and the experience nerf.

i vote that the neutral zones just be made open pvp, after all, when at war, they arent exactly neutral

i vote that the feds cannot get into the neutral zone without being pvp flagged as they cross our border, and they can be zapped into an enemy contact of 1v1 unless there is already a kdf dragging a player into the enemy contact zone. we cant go into there zones so them coming into ours means that doing so lets us kick them in the head.

and they have no rights to have any space station in any red zone.

Hopefully faction pvp will allow for the capturing of another fleets starbase.
As well I hope that the Dev's take a page from the Eve book and realize that it should take alot players working together, huge amount of time and overall should be so hard that its not a plan that is taken up lightly.

Making a game more like another makes me confused as to what I am playing...wait is it Eve Trek online or Star Eve online...?...lol

I wouldn't knock it... Eve has some very good characteristics on a pvp level that STO could learn from to improve thier own existing pvp. I think they make a good sounding board for STO future development.
The trick is to make it a Star Trek centric leap in the right direction. What STO has now for pvp is fun in game mechanic way, but lacks in a broad focus way with the "pvp in a box" we have to play to enjoy it.

The main focus of my original post was that the abilty to capture a starbase from another fleet should be hard to do and not a 45 minute or less pvp mission.
