klingon enemy contacts

im just wondering, what enemy contacts do klingons have because im wondering due to the fact that such enemy contacts on feds give stats buffs, if we dont have them that means that by default we are unbalanced to feds no matter what we do unless they unlock all enemy contacts and fed type content that give accolade buffs.

    We have exactly Zero.
    What we have are defense missions, which are like semi static DSEs, against, feds, romulan, true way, and Borg.
    And the GO borg stuff.
