Covariant shield array mk x [cap]x3 for klings

Hello,
I was looking through the mark of honor section at gonalda. I saw the covariants capx3 and they are at 5330 max. Is this a glitch? isn't the one for feds at like 9000 or so? like really much higher i thought. Anyways, if anyone has tried the klingon version of this shield please let me know how it works out for you, thanks.

    It depends on your ship. It's only 11k or so for Sci ships. Escorts/Cruisers have lower values.

    think fed escorts get like 7000+ cap engineers get like 9000 & sci get 11000
    welcome to the world of the klingon nerf :) lower shields lower hull cap.

    But of course the Klingons are OP to 98% of feds :rolleyes:

    had it today in pvp torel@torel in 3 pvp was crying klings are OP & need a nerf

    or in his words the KLINGS NEED @%FU!NG NERFED .(scensored the word out btw)

    So my reply to him/her was the only thing that needs nerfed is your stupidity.

    Mark of exploration has a shield with over 6.5k on my BoP, I think it's a covariant

    10% bleedthrough is not good for a BoP :)

    It's late, I'm tired, and I tend to be a bit dense but based on what I'm seeing in this thread I don't believe he did, lol.

    Im pretty certain using another players handle in forum is against the UA. i could be wrong, been wrong before. Thats why she's my EX-wife.

    Could of just said some whiner was crying because he doesn't know how to play, and that you gave em a what for.
