Klingons ~ Better but still needs work...

So I spent a few days this week, and planted my butt in the ol' Captains Chair, and decided to finish leveling my Klingon. Now season 2 came out about the time I reached Captain so previously the only way I was leveling is by straight PvP. Since Season 2 broke the PvP queue's, I was forced to take the PvE route.
I did complete all the new missions, and I have to say they are really good. I really like the Bat'Leth I got at the end of the last one. However where's the content from Captain rank up? This is the first thing that I believe needs to be improved upon.
After completing the new content I looked around a bit and the only XP I could find was in some kind of Defend the Empire against TRIBBLE race. Typically I wouldn't mind this, however it's not like it is on the Federation faction and you are not thrown into an instance with others of the Empire. I was in there, totally alone. This is the second thing I think could be improved on.
After droning though that for several hours I was able to get into a nifty B'Tran cluster like area where I could do the missions, and decent drops were coming from them. I was fat dumb and happy until I had to "Find and Destroy XX device/plant/console..." The scanner thing needs fixed. For me it's a huge pain in the butt to find this stuff when A) I don't know what i'm looking for. and
What i'm looking for blends in really well with the surroundings, and C) it's not marked on the map. This is the third major thing I believe needs to be addressed.
So then I got into the Borg Sector Space. "YAY!" It's nice that I was able to do "some" of the missions I remember doing for my Federation characters, but we only got like 3 or 4 of them to do. Not all of them. So that left me to do "Defend the Borg Sector Space" missions until I leveled to Lt. General. There needs to be some additional ways to level here, or at least something to keep it interesting. This is the fourth thing that should be addressed in the coming patches.
Now a couple of things that could use some spit and polish would be to add some signs to the Klingon Homeworld. After 3 days of running around I was able to remember where mostly everything was, but to the brand new person it's very confusing.
There are several Fleet Actions that can be done but no one does them. This I believe is that there are no missions to lure the player to do them.
Ship Interiors look nice, and are to be expected, however I don't seem to be getting anything for Accolades that I complete. Perhaps there aren't any displays of our hard work we can plaster on the wall, but I hope that there will be some in the future.
One odd thing I was wondering about is I got a whole bunch of the commodities for "Aid the Planet" missions but it seems there is no content to use them.
Much like on the Federation side, it seems the Req merchants don't offer all the available weapons and equipment. Globally I think this needs to be fixed up so they offer up the same stuff as the High Level merchants we find on the Homeworld and with the Battle Group.
I could also be wrong, but it doesn't appear that there are labels on the Klingon ships when you enter the Battle Group.
As i'm sure has been mentioned i'd love to see some additional clothing options for the Klingons. We don't get any new options for either the 200 day vet rewards or for Leveling up to Lt. General. Hopefully we can see more come rolling down the pipe on this.
Lastly I wanted to say that the Klingon faction should be able to use "The Golden Tribble" as we can use all the others (Tribble of Borg, ect..) and that our Pet Targ is useless... What would be really cool is instead of the Tribbles we could get Pet Targ's that do the same thing. Just an idea, but I think would be cool.
Anyway there's a couple of things I believe that need to be looked at to bring things more in line with the Federation Faction. It got very boring for me having to kill 14 Cardasian/Borg ships over and over and over and over....

And then there should also be Klingon diplomatic missions.As a matter of favt, a,lso klingons have ambassadors!
