Orion Male Costume Option Missing?

Has one of the option for the male Orion gone since the last patch? You could attach this metal bolt thing onto their chest that ran around their neck like a giant necklace for lack of a better term, but seams to be missing in the latest update.

it would appear you can no longer attach it to the bare chest, and has to be part of the clothing

im not sure if that was what was intendant but it looked better the way it was before
