New C-Store 'carrier' bridges...

Um, did I just buy two more Kahlass bridges? :rolleyes:

    That's what they basically are. And the original Kor bridge is based on the Kahless one, so...

    yep, these were beyond a minor dissapointment...they really really suck. Nothing unique or cool done with them....I was hoping for a completely new design. Shows how much effort Cryptic is putting into anything Klingon related.

    I am becoming disillusioned in spite of my best efforts to believe in Cryptic...

    Also, looking at the Calender for releases. Almost all upcoming releases are for the feds, including more ship skins, another playable species and fed bridges. Except for Emote pack 2, there is no additions becoming available for the Klingons.

    I think Cryptic needs to add a K'vort T5 BoP variant to the C-store...for the love of god, that ship should have been in the game at launch in the first place.

    I would be happy to have the K'vort at any tier, tier 3, 4 and 5 are all acceptable..

    I'd love to have any of the ships usable at at later Tiers, but that's another thread in itself.

    The *ahem* new Klingon bridges are about as new and inspiring as finding your parents having sex when you were little.

    As for the K'Vort, that d**n thing should have been there to begin with. It WOULD have been nice to have a true, classic looking Bird of Prey at T5.

    A GOOD Variant of the Original BOP modell to all Tiers is something REALLY needet.
    I mean the name a whole ship category "Bird of prey" but there is not ONE Bird of Prey among them... the Tier1 is the closest but there are... several differences towards the "original"

    I love the Kor Bridge. If you look carefully towards the front end, you got a Targ Pit, complete with Mother and baby Targ. Whodathunk cute things on a Klingon starship. :rolleyes:

    But yes, Cryptic does need to actually give us original bridges. They are just terriable at this for both Federation and the Empire.

    You do know that those targ babies were already on the kahless bridge, so that's not new either....

    Though I do agree, I like the targs

    Yes, so I just purchased two new... and almost identical... Kahless Bridges... complete with the same targs. This is the first time I have been genuinely annoyed with a C-Store purchase.

    Well never visited the Kahless Bridge yet, but its good to know.

    To me, the Federation Light Cruiser Bridges was the worst purchase. All they were was the same exact bridge with different color schemes. And I did it in that short timeframe before they put it online for those to "view before purchasing".

    But I've been happy with the Klingon Bridges. Though I wish Cryptic didn't make them large enough that people could play football in.

    The Tier 1 (Or Tier 0 as the devs like to think of it) Bird of Prey is small enough to be a D12 Bird of Prey (The ones from the original ST films). Perhaps the Lt BoP could be classed as a D12, then add a Cdr level B'rel class and a Brigadier General K'vort class.

    I have similar opinions about the K't'inga. I'd like for there to be a K't'inga available at every level (perhaps a D6 at Lt and LCdr) so we can not have to ditch the iconic Klingon ships so early on.

    Mine has Attack Saurs roaming around instead of Targs. The C-store page also said:
    Heroes of the Empire need suitably heroic surroundings. Enter honorable combat with the Kor, Kang and Koloth bridges!

    It lists three bridges, but we only get 2. Another bait and switch? False advertising?

    Funny thing about the Koloth bridge, is it named after the Koloth Lt level Bird of Prey? It's also the one with the Attack Saurs roaming around.
