Some would say PvP mission stacks.

    Personally I do exploration mission.

Granted I levelled my Klink a while ago, but I found the nebula missions were a great way to get through the first 5 levels of each tier. After that, the xp for the turn ins tanks badly though, so you'll have to find another way through the second half of each tier.

The Cardassian one was very giving in terms of skills.

The initial mission was 945, then the immediate mission after that was 478 and all I had to do was kill two more attack groups.

Exploration will lvl you faster but PVP is more fun. I would mix it up to avoid thoughts of suicide via extreme boredom.

Agreed. If you're just looking to get to cap, then PvP I'd suggest exploration, but they get boring real quick, so throw in some PvP, maybe while you wait for the 30 minutes to be up to reacquire the explore quest.

I've had a lot of trouble PvP'ing with my Lt.Cmdr. level Klingon char. As a result, I've had a hard time leveling. I waited in queue for a half hour the other night waiting before I just logged out and played my Fed for awhile. I guess no Feds are PvP'ing at the lower levels anymore, I had trouble with queue times as a Lt. too. As a result, I haven't played either one of my Klingons in awhile now. I have the aforementioned Lt.Cmdr. tactical as well as a Lt. engineer.

Another reason for 1 on 1 PvP.

Yes, PvP can stack and if you don't mind switching between ground and space stacking works better. Still, time spent PvP is not going to come close to the rewards from equal time spent in Fed PvE where items and experience are given out like candy.
