Lets hear it for Orions

Just wanted to say how much i like the Orion race. We are green, Sassy Sisters, putting some class into the KDF.

Do we have male orions as a playable race? If so, they are cool too! Though we all know who is really in charge of the Syndicate.

I`m proud to be Green and to fly the IKS Orion Queen!

    What is this nonsense you speak of? Male Orions? Sounds like someone has been hitting the Romulan Ale a bit too hard.

    Hey I do have an Orion Male as my Klingon-Side Scientist, he looks pretty dumb in the KDF uniform though.

    My understanding was that the orion species had a very high male to female ratio. The males were generally expendable - which is why orions made such use of things like carriers.

    I would have rolled a true Orion male toon, however I did not like the female Orion charm trait. In my opinion, male Orions should replace that trait with the ship stealth ability like the Nausicand have.

    Orions are pirates, they should have more piratical skills.

    I resolved this in the meantime by rolling a Klingon Alien race that looks like an Orion.

    Orion Males do not get the Seductive trait, they get the Physical Strength trait instead.

    That must have been fixed since I first created my toon then. Last time I checked it still listed male Orions as having Seductive ability.

    I guess it is because only the Orion females give off the "pheremones" that if i remember give headaches to human women and attract drooling males or most species.
