    Nice time on Saturday! Ceremony on a Bridge, and then a few Fleet Actions (Breaking the Planet will never be the same) followed by some PvP bouts. With the new content I'm glad to see a resurgence in the player base too.

    A good time for STO and a great time to join the Fleet!

    We Normally do a Fleet PVP session on Saturday Afternoon around 3pm EST.

    OMG I will just post this build

    FNT- 1 DHC, 1 DC, 2 torps
    Back- 4 turrets, or 2 turrets, 2 mines(pref chron and breen)
    this means USE WHATEVER TYPE OF CANNON NO SPECIFICation( i have polaron phaser mix 1 of each in fnt and back.just make sure your specced for the type.

    Tac- HY1, HY1, RF1
    ENG- EPTw1, ET2, AUX2ID2, EWP2
    ENG- EPTS1, EPTS2, RSP2
    SCI - PH1, HE2

    DEVICES- P238 space modulator, eng batt, shield batt

    DEF- +38emitters, +10HZ positron
    Eng HYPER[aux] [spd]
    shield- resilient capX3

    eng - monotitanium, neutronium, rcsX2
    sci - Halon sys x2
    tac - WARHEAD consoles X3

    preload hy1 , buff up target uncloak, unleash H___, hy1 again thats 4 hy1 flying at target whilst your tearing down shields

    TY Husanak(RZR) FLEET, SIVAR, HIPPO, HEAL'BERT in SVK for base builds to draw from.

    COMPLETELY DEVASTATING ALL THE TIME.

    the cooldowns of Quantums(global) + HY1 X2 is crazily in line for minimal downtime +volleys of potential 25K per torp (6 k min noncrit)

    It would prob be more effective to not just press fire all ......but i do fire all anyway.

    TRY it WONDERFUL KILLING potential in the vorcha.

    ENGY Cruisers HAVE A WAY HARD TIME healing through constant TORPEDO volleys.
    That means, escorts and sci ships are way easy to pop. almost too easy.

    Um, before it slips my mind i have already been accused of hax since testing in Cap and Hold,
    and been chased by entire fed team cause it really ticks em off to get popped soo quickly.

    don't forget well placed ewp= win, you may catch multiple ships some might just evasive into it on accident.
    been laughing at the effectiveness of it.

    works even better with my previous tac BO and SCI BO setup

    -note 2 self and fleet- torpedo pounding makes you a target of everyone
    if you fly w/o PH1 , cause it happened to me, tractor beams will cause you 2 die.

    Perhaps you should try
    EPTS 1, Aux to Damp 1, EPTS 3

    Not much diffrence between levels 2 and 1 so if your going to chain them might as well both be level 1..

    If you need someone to train EPTS 3 let me know I can help you out. ;)

    Perhaps if your more daring try this one
    EPTE 1, Aux to Damp 1, EPTS 3.

    Chaining the 2 EPTS dosn't save you a ton... but you can hit EPT Engines 15 seconds after Emergency power to shields and have both systems jacked for 15 seconds... and for the 15 seconds your shields are not hard (thats the time till your EPTS 3 is back up) You will still have lots of engine power and a max defense value. Gives you one more zoom.

    Anyway cool build man, keep tweaking.

    Had another wayout idea for you.
    On your second engi go EPTE 1 - EPTA 2 - EPTS 3 (you won't be able to chain Aux to Damp... but with the new cool downs you can't keep it up 100% anyway)

    If you run 3 You need to time them well to not waste the slot... so here it the thinking.... you keybind them to your weapons fire. :) So you line them up SHields boast first Aux boast second engine boast last... so every 15 seconds one gets a bump. ANd you have the shield to start your run with max defense... then Aux to boast your aux as you might need your heals in the next 30 seconds... and 15 seconds later a nice Speed Bump out of your engines... and you can evasive zoom with out the battary if you need too.

    /bind Space "+TrayExecByTray 3 0 $$ +TrayExecByTray 3 1 $$ +TrayExecByTray 3 2 $$ GenSendMessage HUD_Root FireAll"

    Then place your EPT skills on tray 4 slots 1 2 and 3 in the order you want them to activate. PEW PEW

    WOOT I am at CMDR LVL now went from LTCMDR fast...I pat myself on my back..LOL!!!, and if I did not have the help I would not have gone far as I am so quickly...thx to this crew for the knowledge of ingame play. I figured playing this side of the fence would take forever. seeking a fleet to join this is it! SVK Rulz!

    So after some more testing,(apparently i am getting a fanclub on the fed side) i have this as my loadout.

    Com Engineer- EPts1, Aux2ID1,ET3,EWP3
    LTC Engineer-EPts1, Aux2ID1, RSP2(i draw way too much attention not to have it)
    SCI- PH1(5 tractorbeams on me, I have to have it), HE2

    TAC
    if I am running cannons HY1,HY1,RF1 - 2 dhc 2 quan torps fnt, 4 turrets aft

    If i chose to melt face with beams HY1, FAW1,beta1(faw2would work i assume too)
    2DBB 2 torps fnt, 4 BA aft

    i swear it is too much fun laying ewp hitting aux2id spinning and unloading multiple volleys of HY into opponents face. no i am not using any key binds, i manually click everything with my mouse. I WOULD DRIVE MYSELF CRAZY HITTING THE SPACE BAR all the time. In fact i got an email, from my spacebar, thanking me for mot constantly pounding it.

    Do you want to PVP and have well seasoned teammates assist you?
    Do you want to NOT HAVE TO ROLE PLAY.....and just log on and dominate?
    Do you have an Unorthodox spec and want help to tweak it to your playing style?
    Do you NOT want to feel pressured in arenas.....but still melt face.

    Sto'Vo'Kor will and has every answer and have fleet relations with multiple fleets to always be competitive if not completly dominating.

    All I know is WE are laid back and completly overpowering every oppenent we face exept 1.

    Speaking of which, I should probably get my Fed toons, or at least my Tac Admiral (level 46 or something) in SFO, but I don't play that one very much.     Thinking of rolling a KDF Tac though, especially considering your success with one in a BC. Tactical officers make ground combat laughably easy and somewhat enjoyable.

    Can't wait for the new KDF ships. I also wonder if the new lighting effects are going live with the ships this week. On the test server ships get lit up by weapons fire, it looks awesome!

    I tested a Kar'Fi on the test server with my Sci toon and was pretty amazed. Damage was the only real disappointment, but I went into Kerrat and aggro'd around 20 or so spheres and probes and managed to survive and kill them all. I like it, although I'd like to see the Gorn ship in action too (didn't have time to test it), but the Gorn ship seems more support, as it only has 6 weapon slots and no fighters.

    LOL!!! I hear you that is what I do with my Fed VA just doing the Special episodes unless a team play mission happens..lol I have been lvling my KDF Tact ..lol So look out Feddies..LMAO

    The main issue with my Fed though, is my skills are kinda hosed up. It was old school skill choices, and I just hadn't had the interest or will to bother re-doing them. I get through the mission stuff easy enough though, my Away Team is an Expose beast, which is great for my Tac officer as I just exploit away, and pretty much melt face (over 2k damage a few times with ground attacks). My Space abilities are the worst off though, but I can get through it well enough.

    I hadn't even bothered to get my Fed to VA, figure I'll just level up over time from the weeklies. Got two LtG KDF toons though. Planning on getting a 3rd once Crafting is in, since Klingons can finally gather resources. Then I can create some gear and kit out my character to make the leveling a bit easier (the quicker you kill the more SP you get per hour). I also want to see what's happening for Gorn, thinking about rolling a Gorn Tac for my third.

    EDIT: Oh, I did test the Gorn ship last night, pretty much a big fat disappointment. Going to stick to the Kar'Fi for my Science officer. Did well in PvP last night with it, and while doing Exploration daily missions (on normal difficulty) it surprised me how quickly I blew up a cube. The thing barely dented my shields. The Orion Cruiser on the other hand seems great for my Engineer. I can't wait for that to hit live. Although the special ability of the Orion ship is pretty much the saddest one out there, call in support when I'm pretty much dead anyhow... great. I hope that support ship comes in an hits me with Engineering Team III and Hazard Emitters III,

    Hey, I am interested in joining up with ya guys. I have been keeping the Klingon side of my Fed's Fleet limping along, but we pulled life support on it finally and I am looking for a place to go.

    ENG LTCom- EPTE1, RSP1, Aux2SIF2

    weaps
    FNT 1DC, 2 Quan Torps, 1DHC
    BACK 4 turrets

    ENgine- Hyper MKix aux,spd
    DEFL- Positronic MKx +38 em +10HZ
    Shield- Resilient MKx cap X3(or2) the emblem in granalda one.

    devices- p238 space modulator, eng batt, shield batt
    eng- monotitanium+35, Neutronium+18, RCS+35%, RCS+35%
    SCi- Halon +18X2
    Tac- 3x+26 cannons

    I changed from Wheadconsoles to cannons due to the fact that the non-crit damage was the only thing that increased......HY1 torp crits still crit for 6.5k-26.5k per torp....but Cannon damage increased and that helps with hitting hull with torps .

    Aux2sif changed from rsp2= a third hull heal for me or a teammate + massive resistance = awesome
    changed 1 copy of epts to epte to provide a way to escape focus or chase down someone trying to escape.......so that is a double bonus.

    changed 1 copy of aux2id1 to rsp1 cause i draw Way Way Way too much attention(i.e. focused).

    I did respec into BC up till 5th tier(i hear it's broken)....i took notes on the abilities i use and made sure that spec points went into applicable skills.

    when I pvp sometimes i am reckless, to see reaction times of opponents, most times I watch what abilities are being used( i know the durations) and hold off firing until is has or is just about to expire=BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM.

    I HAVE ZERO problem EVM+eng batt to get out of focus, and have epte handy if i have multiple chasers, to extend just enough time to get a couple heals on my hull then a quick spin to fire 2 volley's of HY1 in their face.

    Preload preload preload torps...click tac init, gdf, tac fleet, fomm, apa......huge huge huge buffs to your crit and fomm after you have launched a volley will remove 50% or so of their total resistance.......it is also great to use after you get that pesky cruiser that just wont die under 50% hull a fomm debuff might just be what you need to finish the job.

    I use EWP as a tractor beam cause really i feel it is way more effective, causes opponent to Have to use HE or APO(if an escort) before they are ready. if they dont they will take a Ton of damage over the duration.

    Just Make em work for a kill, make em bring 4,5,6,7 helpers to take you out or try too= they ain't around the areas that need to be capped.
