How do you get the mission "quest" to do exploration missions in the Teir 2 sectors?
I've done about 6+ engagements in the Khazan Cluster and have not received any of the exploration badge rewards. I'm assuming it is because I never had a mission to specifically go there. Who gives it and what do you need to do to get it?
