Can't Complete Missions, Don't know why!

Explored 3 systems, per misison, needed to give 10 provisions to one planet, 10 generators to another. The third was completed. I show 8 generators delivered, don't know how as it showed 0 when I left the planet, and showed 8 when I looked while on another mission. I didn't have any when I visited the planet but returned with 10 generators, but can't get the total delivered to 10, won't leave the other 2.

Show one provision delivered on the other planet, but it was 0 when I left the planet. How did it get to one?

Talked to the Vulcan ambassador that wanted to make a delivery to a Vulcan monestary. Went to Vulcan, found the monesatry, can't get the mission to complete! Maybe because I went and made a delivery to Memory Alpha before going to Vulcan?

Most frustrating, or I am missing something.

    Any aid the planet missions I abort. Don't like them at all and I'm not a delivery boy
