Exploration Missions bugged?

I get disconnected every time i try to do a badge mission in the Homnri (think it is spelled like that) area.
It has not happened to me in any other typee of mission just exploration for badges.

    Seems to happen everywhere for short periods of time.

    The STO servers redirect you to the internal IP of the instance server so your connection fails. Once it starts handing out the correct public IP you are fine.

    You can confirm this with netstat -n from a command line or packet sniffer.
