I can imagine the GM team is rather busy at the moment, but it would still be nice to see some movement on the various tickets being posted. I've got a list of tickets including help support tickets and bug reports sitting unanswered.
The bug reports can wait but the support tickets cannot. Do you currently have enough GM's employed and more importantly for me and others in my time zones. Do you have any GMT time zone GM's working. If not employ some or get your team working nights!
