Boff quality

Looked through about 10 pages and couldn't find anything.

Besides a few rare traits, is there any difference between green/blue/etc BOFFs? AKA: will a blue give me lower cooldowns and so forth?

    Not really, most just of a slightly better trait than normal ones, rather than basic whatever it'll be superior whatever, which generally just amounts to 2.5%-some% better. Some will also have access to skills not normally found on generic bridge officers. Course I'm sure this has been covered in more detail before.
