I am not sure if this is working as intended, but I have noticed that when I am fighting an Engie or Science guy, and they try to use an ability to stun me (not their gun) that they can actually hit me with it without being able to see me at all. Unlike your guns that require you to pop out from cover to fire (although sometimes the bullets can still fly around the corner, but most of the time if they dodge fast enough they can be avoided)
But is this how it is suppose to be? Because that would be game changing. Normally you want to use cover to the full extent, but if someone can get a target on you even if you have escaped to cover, they can still free you in place or do what ever else that they like. This means that you have to defy ALL conventional wisdom of using the cover to your advantage, and be forced to yell something Jihadic and then run staight at them like a lemming that's been lit on fire. Otherwise, even though you have cover, they will still get you, so you would have been better off just rushing in anyways, which is the entire opposite of ANYTHING you should ever do in ground PvP.
