Way annoying

Why is it everything I do in this game it askes me if I am sure? I have 25 things in my mail box trying to sell me TRIBBLE, and every time I try to delete one It askes me if I am sure. This is taking forever. Every time I try to warp out it askes me if I am sure. Every time I want to beam up are you sure....freaking annoying allready and the game is only out a week, in a month I am goiing to be yelling at the game. Is there a way to turn that off?
