Constantly getting kicked

When i wait in que for over a hour rthen get kicked and have to wait again for an hour for 20 minutes of game time this is a good way to loose players this isnt the first time i have had this happen i know this is a new game but this should not occur if servers need re booted the shut game down and reboot
