Server Time out going in to a map

This is the third time today I went from system map to and instance map. The server timed out and drops me completely out of the game and I sit in a queue of 500 or more.
While I understand and can accept the need for a queue, I can not accept being dropped out into a queue.
This bug is a major flaw and while it is in the game it should be consider a failure to provide service paid for. And we should get credit days back for this flaw being in the game.
