Disconnecting and capacity

I read on STO web that this weekend should come some capacity upgrade. I was disconnected from server and now waiting in que like 768 from 810. My question is was this week so great ? It happens me couple times, same thing. Disconnected and waiting for login. If i want play i would like to, not waiting in que for minutes or hours. Maybe the user who was disconnected may have some privilege to login as soon as possible, i saw in other mmo game. It is useful.
