I don't care what your excuse is.

I DID NOT PAY GOOD MONEY TO WAIT IN A QUEUE FOR 20MINS.

First the downtime on a Sunday afternoon now I am back on my PC at 22:00 and still can't play. Sort this out or give me a refund.

    Wow...20 minutes? Try not being able to play for 10+ hours. Also, the down time was early morning Eastern NA time, as time doesn't revolve around little old Greece and all 5 trekkies that live there.
